Welcome to The Blessed Apartments Home! To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience, please review our Booking Policy carefully before making a reservation. By confirming a booking, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Reservation Process

Bookings can be made through our website, social media channels, or via direct contact.

To secure a reservation, guests must provide valid contact information and full payment of the apartment.

Reservations are confirmed only upon receipt of payment and a confirmation email or message from us.
2. Check-In and Check-Out

Early check-in or late check-out may be accommodated upon request and subject to availability. Additional charges may apply.
3. Identification Requirement
All guests are required to present a valid government-issued photo ID at check-in for verification purposes. The name on the ID must match the name on the booking. (Government issued IDs like NIN, International Passport, Driver's License, or Voter's Card)
4. Payment Terms

Full payment is required before check-in.

We accept payments via Bank Transfer, or Debit Card (online or POS Terminal). NO CASH PAYMENT ACCEPTED

All prices are listed in Naira and include applicable taxes and service fees unless stated otherwise.
5. Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation: Cancellations made at least 5days before the check-in date will receive 85% refund; 15% will be for administration and bank charges.

Partial Refund: Cancellations made within 2days before check-in may be eligible for a 50% refund at our discretion.

No Refund: No refunds will be issued for cancellations made 1days before check-in or for no-shows.
Refunds will be processed within 14 business days using the original payment method.

Modifications are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

7. Guest Responsibilities
Guests must maintain the property in good condition and respect house rules during their stay.

Any damages, missing items, or rule violations may result in extra charges or denial of future bookings. Guest will be fully responsible for fixing any damaged properties before leaving the facility.

No Smoking, Hard Drugs or any illegal activities allowed in our facility. Anyone caught will be sent out without refund, and if necessary, the offender would be handed over to the Law Enforcement Agency. Be WARNED!
8. Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays, cancellations, or changes caused by events beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, government actions, public health emergencies).
