Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) carefully before making a reservation or using the services provided by The Blessed Apartments Home (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By booking a stay at our property, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Booking and Reservation
1.1. All reservations are subject to availability and are confirmed only upon full payment and receipt of a confirmation email or message.
1.2. Guests must be at least 18 years old to make a booking.
1.3. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any booking at our discretion.
2. Payment Policy
2.1. A Full payment is required to secure your reservation.
2.2. Payment methods accepted include Bank Transfer and Debit Card (online or POS Terminal). No Cash payment accepted.
2.3. All payments must be completed before check-in, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
2.4. Prices are subject to change but will not affect confirmed bookings.
3. Check-In and Check-Out
3.1. Check-in Time: 12:30 pm
3.2. Check-out Time: 12:00 Noon
3.3. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
3.4. A valid government-issued ID must be presented at check-in. (Government issued IDs like NIN, International Passport, Driver's License, or Voter's Card)
4. Guest Conduct
4.1. Guests must treat the property and neighbors with respect.
4.2. No parties, loud music, or illegal activities are allowed. NO HARD DRUGS ALLOWED!
4.3. Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment.
4.4. Pets are not allowed, unless agreed upon prior to arrival.
4.5. Guests are liable for any damage caused during their stay and will be charged accordingly.
5. Cancellation and Refunds
5.1. Cancellations made at least 5days before the check-in date will receive 85% refund; 15% will be for administration and bank charges.
5.2. Cancellations made within 2days before check-in may be eligible for a 50% refund at our discretion.
5.3. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made 1days before check-in or for no-shows.
5.4. Refunds will be processed within 14 business days.
6. Security and Liability
6.1. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings during your stay.
6.2. Guests are encouraged to lock doors and windows and take reasonable precautions.
6.3. Use of the property is at your own risk.
6.4. We shall not be held liable for injury, accidents, or death resulting from the use of the apartment or its facilities.
7. Force Majeure
We are not liable for failure to fulfill our obligations due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, or power outages.
8. Privacy
We are committed to protecting your privacy. Personal information collected during the booking process will be used solely for reservation and service purposes. See our [Privacy Policy] for full details.
9. Amendments
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on our website and take effect immediately for new bookings.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nigeria/Lagos. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of Law in Lagos State.
